| Role 1 Job Title: Oil and Gas Large Scale ERP Scrum Master with extensive JIRA experience Location: Houston, TX Start: ASAP Duration: 12 Months Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master with strong JIRA skills to lead our ERP implementation projects within the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, ERP systems, and the oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities: Agile Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. JIRA Management: Configure and manage JIRA boards, workflows, and dashboards to ensure effective tracking and reporting of project progress. ERP Implementation: Oversee the implementation and integration of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational efficiency. Team Support: Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles. Remove impediments to ensure the teams progress. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team feedback and implementing process enhancements. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics to monitor team performance and project progress. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Scrum Master on large scale global projects, in the oil and gas industry. Strong proficiency in JIRA, including configuration and management. Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Experience with SAP used in the oil and gas industry. Role - 2 Job Title: Oil and Gas ERP Program Manager -Large Scale Projects Location: Houston, TX strongly preferred (if not, onsite 4 days a week in Houston) Duration: 12 months Start: ASAP -before Nov 1 Duration: 1 year Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ERP (SAP) Program Manager to oversee the implementation and management of ERP systems within the oil and gas sector due to an acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, project management, and the oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan outlining the projects scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Establish a project team, define roles and responsibilities, and create a communication plan. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including the executive team, department managers, IT personnel, and end-users, to ensure the ERP system meets organizational requirements and objectives. Budget Management: Establish and manage the project budget, track costs, and report on budget variances. Identify cost-saving opportunities and develop contingency plans. Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage risks and work with stakeholders to develop a risk management plan. Resource Management: Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors. Ensure the project team is appropriately staffed, trained, and motivated. System Implementation: Oversee the installation, configuration, and integration of ERP software. Ensure the system aligns with business needs and enhances operational efficiency. Training and Support: Provide training and support for end-users. Develop technical and training manuals to assist users in understanding and utilizing the ERP system effectively. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the ERP system and make necessary adjustments to optimize functionality and efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an ERP Program Manager on large scale projects, specifically the oil and gas industry. Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation.
