As a SailPoint IIQ Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. You will work on identity governance, provisioning, and access management solutions, ensuring seamless integration with various enterprise systems. Responsibilities: Develop and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions to support identity and access management requirements. Customize workflows, access request systems, roles, and policies in SailPoint IIQ. Integrate SailPoint IIQ with existing enterprise systems such as Active Directory, HR systems, and other applications. Configure and maintain connectors for target systems, ensuring proper synchronization of user accounts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize access governance workflows. Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution for SailPoint IIQ solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations, configurations, and integrations. Provide support for ongoing SailPoint IIQ operations and future enhancements. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as a SailPoint IIQ Developer with hands-on experience in identity governance and access management. Expertise in Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and REST API integration. Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles. Experience with SailPoint IIQ configuration, including workflows, roles, policies, and provisioning tasks. Knowledge of integrating SailPoint with systems like Active Directory, databases, and HR platforms. Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills. Strong ability to work in a collaborative, on-site team environment in Dallas, TX.
