Job Title: GIS Project Manager Location: REMOTE but need to go onsite for a week in every 3 months on prior notice (Need PST candidate) Visa: USC, GC, H4-EAD, GC-EAD 10 years of PM 6 years of GIS ESRI technologies. Prior IT Project Management experience leading a project requiring Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) oversight, providing all gated funding documentation and meeting WaTechs IT standards, policies, and guidelines. Prior IT Project Management experience managing projects involving modernizing a transportation agencys Linear Referencing System with ESRIs GIS technologies Prior experience in the creation of Request For Information (RFI), Request For Proposal (RFP), and Request For Quotation (RFQ) solicitations Prior IT Project Management migrating applications to a more modern, vendor hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) or Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) solution. A current certification as a Project Management Institute Project Mangement Professional (PMI-PMP). Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is desirable Work Schedule, Location & Travel Expectations The following expectations on work schedule, work location, and travel expectations: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 PM Pacific time. Work remotely from the candidates home office within the United States. In-person work at the WA 98501 for up to a week at a time as often as every three months to understand manual processes and information resources (this travel will be at the contractors expense).
