This is Anuj Singh from Resource Logistics. I do have multiple requirements on AEM developer, AEM LEAD, AEM Architect. It is fully Remote role as well.

Role: AEM Developer/LEAD/Architect

Location - REMOTE

Duration: Contract

Required experience on every role (AEM developer/lead/architect):

5+ years on AEM development on AEM cloud

5+ years of frontend specifically reactJS, typescript, stylesheets, webpack 4/5, module federation

at-least 1 delivered client project end to end in AEM SPA

Knowledge of information architecture design

Hands on with designing content authoring experience development on AEM

AEM Architect

An AEM Solutions Architect is a senior role focused on designing and implementing solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Here are some key responsibilities and skills associated with this position:
