Client: Vaco End Client: Mazak Position: D365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant Duration: 1-2 years This is a technical role Project - adding functionality for Service and Parts departments Accountability: The role of IT Application Engineer Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) is to ensure the IT applications across all Mazak North American sites are supported and administered. A Mazak IT Application Engineer will perform detailed work in Dynamics 365 CE and supporting applications. The role requires a natural analytical way of thinking and being able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. Requirements: 3+ years of experience serving as Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant 4+ years of experience developing & implementing Dynamics 365 CE modules including: Sales, Field Service, Customer Service 3+ years of experience developing integrations with Dynamics 365 and 3rd party applications. Comfortable working EST hours Experience in standard Dynamics 365 Online development forms, fields, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, etc. Experience in writing custom .NET code, plugin code etc. for high volume contact centers built on the Dynamics platform Experience developing Power Apps Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with Azure DevOps Experienced with Java Script Responsibilities: Leads and/or participates on project teams for application work efforts to enterprise systems. Gathers information from user to determine how to best support the needs of application end users. Configures and maintains enterprise application and software to support end users and business processes. Identify and correct configuration issues to restore application solutions and ensure proper operation. Aids end users by troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving concerns regarding enterprise applications, solutions, and processes. Develops, maintains, executes, and validates test scripts and the all-testing processes. Coordinates with other business units to accomplish successful implementation of changes. Conducts reviews and comparisons of current business processes with the best practices to determine where business processes or application changes are necessary and recommend opportunities for process improvement. Perform all duties related to the application development life cycle including, but not limited to, determining requirements, coding/building, unit testing, and implementation. Lead medium-sized projects and cross-functional technology teams through design, rollout, and ongoing support. Define scope, size, and estimates of the technical components, drive projects to meet schedules and deadlines. Work with the IT team; prioritize problems, projects, requests, and communicates / escalates where appropriate. Create accurate work plans for various cross-functional projects appropriately identify risks, constraints, and assumptions. Education/Certification: 5+ years experience in an analytics and systems development capacity.
