Requirements: Analyze Legacy systems and come out with improvement recommendation for NextGen product Proactively identify and monitor risks & issues, determine mitigation plans to reduce potential impact Collaborate closely with Business to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. Analyze business requirements and provide solutions to improve process and reduce cost. Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions. Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams. Work with IT team to understand the system and document the process. Analyze the system process and identify the Areas that needs improvement. Work with Business to provide solutions to enhance the system performance. Create reports and review with the Business.
