The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Fusion Cloud Quality Management and a proven track record of at least 2-3 end-to-end implementations. This role requires strong functional knowledge to ensure seamless project execution and collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Quality Management solutions, ensuring successful project delivery. Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Fusion Quality processes. Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud Quality Management modules to meet specific business needs. Provide functional guidance and support to cross-functional teams during the implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams. Identify and troubleshoot issues during the implementation process, providing effective solutions. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users, ensuring smooth adoption of the Fusion Quality modules. Stay updated with the latest developments and enhancements in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Requirements: Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Quality Management implementations. Strong knowledge of Fusion Cloud Quality Management processes and functionality. Proven ability to work closely with business teams, gathering requirements, and providing technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet project deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of Quality Management principles and practices.
