Note: Candidates need to have strong experience in Migration Role: RPA Blue Prism Developer Location: Remote Duration: Long term Contract Job Description: Lead the migration of RPA bots from Blue Prism to UiPath. Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality RPA solutions using UiPath. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document automation requirements. Optimize and enhance existing RPA processes to improve performance and scalability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RPA solutions. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure knowledge transfer to relevant teams. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with strong expertise in both Blue Prism and UiPath. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
