Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto(Mandatory), Citrix NetScaler for switching, routing, firewalls, wireless access points, wireless controller, and application delivery Experience with RSA SecurID desired WAN and VoIP Responsibilities: Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls Troubleshooting problems with existing networks to determine the cause of malfunctions or breakdowns and recommending solutions Designing and creating new computer networks according to company specifications Analyzing network performance to identify areas for improvement Installing new network hardware and software, including APs, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other equipment Performing risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to improve security Installing new or replace existing network equipment and updating software packages Day to Day operational support to 200 plus sites for Intranet, internet, Wi-Fi etc. Coordinating with other departments, such as IT, to ensure that new system implementations meet the needs of other departments within the organization Monitor network to ensure security, availability, and performance Assist other IT teams with network project level work Maintain and support enterprise SSIDs and wireless controllers.
