| The ideal candidates are highly skilled IAM professionals, particularly those with a focus on SailPoint and CyberArk, with strong development and integration skills. They should be senior-level IAM architects, engineers, or developers, who are experienced in the full lifecycle of identity governance, privileged access management, and API development, and have worked extensively in enterprise environments. Responsibilities: Design and implement IAM solutions: Ensure the IAM systems (SailPoint and CyberArk) are configured to meet the organization's identity and security needs. Work with application teams: Help aggregate and correlate user accounts across systems into SailPoint. Develop and configure modules: Customize SailPoint modules for auditing, compliance, lifecycle management, and service accounts. Troubleshoot technical issues: Resolve any issues related to the IAM platforms. Conduct audits: Ensure systems are compliant with security policies. Mentor junior staff: Share knowledge on SailPoint and best practices. Mandatory Requirements: Minimum of at least 10+ years of experience in IAM; 7+ years of experience in SailPoint and 5+ years of experience in CyberArk Experience in integrating SailPoint Identity Now, Azure AD, ServiceNow and API development experience for SailPoint functions is must to have. Experience with Rest Web services, SAML 2.0, SailPoint Identity Now, OAuth, WS-Security, and other authentication/authorization protocols is required. Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners. Expert-level experience with IAM Protocols such as SCIM, Web services, WS-Fed, SAML, OpenID Connect, and OAuth.
