| From: Anshul, Nusofttek [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role- SAP Service Delivery Manager Location- Normal Illinois Exp- 12+ years Automotive domain Responsibilities: Manage a team of 30+ SAP consultants to ensure the successful delivery of SAP AMS services coverage of all SAP tracks. i.e. OTC, P2P, RTR, ABAP,EWM, PL2PR, Basis, Security, etc. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic guidance on SAP systems and processes and own the SLAperformance within agreed numbers. Monitor service level agreements and performance metrics to ensure quality service delivery. Resolve any issues or escalations related to SAP systems and services. Continuously improve service delivery processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness. Stay up to date on SAP trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients. Management reporting for Weekly, monthly, quarterly SAP AMS status and billing based on SLA Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field Proven experience in SAP application management services and project management Strong understanding of SAP systems and processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and clients Certifications in SAP modules are a plus Experience and understanding of SAP modules is must with functional experience in one of the modules.
