Role: SAP PLM Consultant Location: California city, CA JD: Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP PLM processes, including PDM and PPM, with a focus on process definition, analysis, design, and implementation. Configure and test SAP PLM modules, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. Manage Engineering Change Management (ECM), Recipe Development, and Document Management Systems (DMS). Collaborate with stakeholders to define and configure workflows in Fiori Web UI and synchronize recipes with BOM. Create and coordinate design documents and functional specifications with the ABAP team. Troubleshoot user-reported issues and integration challenges. Develop PPM reports in BW and maintain dashboard formatting. Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with coding standards. Qualifications: Extensive experience in SAP PLM, including EHS and specification management. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Knowledge of Agile SDK, UI5 (Fiori), and third-party tools (Seal Systems, xECM Open Text).
