Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement in healthcare services and IT systems. Assist in implementing healthcare systems such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), billing, and patient management systems. Ensure all solutions comply with healthcare regulations like HIPAA. Conduct testing and support users to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory needs. Prepare reports, process flows, and documentation for all projects. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Management, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry. Knowledge of healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHR, billing software) and regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
