ServiceNow Tester Engineer Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite) Experience: 8-12 Years Competencies: ServiceNow Role Description: Candidate must have atleast 10+ years of overall ServiceNow experience Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset) Experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP / REST, email, DB connector, plugins etc.) Candidate must have 4+ years of ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery experience Good knowledge of CMDB / CSDM data model well versed with ServiceNow scripting, creation of custom patterns Good understanding of ServiceNow customization & custom development of forms, fields and workflow etc. Experience in resolving Discovery issues & coordinating with various infra teams Must have good communication skills Must have team handling experience Feel free to let me know if you have any questions. -- Keywords: database information technology California C2C/Contract || ServiceNow Tester Engineer || Sunnyvale, CA (onsite) [email protected]
