Job Description : We are looking for a Google Contact Center Specialist with strong expertise in CCAI solutions, machine learning, and virtual agent implementation. This role requires hands-on experience in deploying and customizing Google Contact Center AI to meet unique client needs. Minimum Qualifications : Education : Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience (4-5 years). Certifications : Googles Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure Course completion. Skills : Strong command over written, spoken, and business communication skills. Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Google Contact Center AI. Proficiency in Machine Learning tools like TensorFlow, AI, DL, or NLP. Job Requirements : CCAI Customization : Ability to configure, administer, and customize the CCAI solution per client needs. Project Experience : Delivered complex AI/DA projects. Programming : Skilled in Python, Scala, Java, Go, with knowledge of Data Structures, algorithms, and software design. Deep Learning Frameworks : Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, etc. CCAI Application Knowledge : Understanding of data flow, dialog flow, and NLU (natural language understanding). Experience in implementing chat and voice virtual agents. Integration with third-party apps, data sources, and APIs. Proficient in storing parameters, fulfilling user requests, and taking actions with fulfillment. Expertise in testing, logging, and deriving insights from recordings. Environment & Compliance : Best practices in virtual agent design and deployment. Familiar with security, compliance, and federal regulations in contact centers. Preferred Skills : Knowledge of integrating CCAI with CRM systems. Experience in application and data migration to the Cloud.
