Key points: Assets needed for this role - Must have - Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365 F&O. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 modules, including Finance, Product management, Inventory & Warehouse management, Procurement & Sourcing, and HR. Ability to write queries with SQL Knowledge of using JIRA for Kanban or Agile Methodology to manage workloads. Project Management Skills ability to manage a teams workload, minimum 10 years of experience Coordinate tasks amongst several application leads for all integration efforts Set the Prioritization for the Team Manage the Backlog Manage deadlines and tasks Partner proactively with the business units BA role - Business Requirements Analysis minimum 5 years of experience Requirements Gathering and Definition: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and pain points. Translate business requirements into system specifications and vice versa. Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. Facilitate process improvement sessions, documentation of existing processes and analysis of possible efficiency gains through technology solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to be assertive and connect the dots when working with stakeholders Ability to adapt to changing client needs and deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
