Job Title: QA Test Lead - HR & Corporate Training Location: Mclean, VA or Richmond, VA or Plano, TX Duration: 1 year contract W2 Only Only taking USC, GC or H4 EAD, L2 Visa or TN Visa Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in software testing 3-5 years in a test lead or management role. Proven experience in leading testing efforts for large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders. Extensive experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and corporate systems. Proven experience in leading and implementing Behavior Driven Development and Test Driven Development frameworks Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Xray) and test automation frameworks (BDD, Cucumber, Selenium, Rest Assured, Playwright, PACT Js and Sauce Labs ). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
