Quality Analyst Client: State of New Jersey NJATCSU Job ID: 746234 Location: Trenton, NJ Duration: 1+ years (Multiple Year Contract) Interview mode: Skype Job Description The QA tester is responsible for the creation oftest scripts/cases for use in QA testing of Judiciary applications. Thisresource will also test applications, document issues found and communicatewith internal business and IT team to resolve issues. Note: Hybrid Role - 2 Days Onsite with team -Monday and Tuesday. Excellent Communication and Critical thinking skills along with Goodorganizational skills and detail-oriented skills REQUIRED ATCSU is seeking an experienced QA tester for quality assurance testing ofvarious judiciary applications. The QA tester should have: - 5+ years of experience working closely with development teams and businessteam, - 5+ years Scrum Agile methodology, writing and running test scripts, - 5+ years unit testing, functional testing, system testing, integrationtesting and regression testing. UFT automation experience is highly desired.. PEGA testing experience andMainframe experience is a plus. Tester must be versatile and flexible to work on multiple projects at the sametime.The selected consultant will be expected to learn multiple complex systemsand work with a team of business analysts under the supervision of the projectlead and or lead business analyst on multiple projects..Tester must have goodcommunication skills to work well with the business team and technical teams. QA Tester Required Skills: - 5+ years of experience in QA software testing. - Up-to-date knowledge of QA software test design and testingmethodologies. - Develop and document application Test Plans based on business requirementsand technical specifications. - Reviewing Business requirements and preparing test scenarios. - Working knowledge of various types of software testing. Responsibilities: - Participate in reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections. - Assist with helpdesk tickets to resolve user reported issues. - Executing tests on software usability. - Analyzing test results and reporting errors or bugs. - Preparing reports on all aspects related to the QA software testing carriedout and reporting to the business and development teams. - Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, productdesign, and potential problems. - Experience in Quality Center and any agile methodology tool is required. - UFT automation tool experience is required. - Extensive experience with the Use of Microsoft office products is required. - SQL, PEGA and mainframe experience is a plus.
