Onsite 2-3 days month expenses paid. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with a strong background in Core HR to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically focusing on Core HR functionalities. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions. Configure and implement Oracle HCM Core HR modules, ensuring alignment with best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements. Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM functionalities. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Core HR modules. Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and enhancements. Participate in project planning, scope definition, and resource allocation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with a focus on Core HR. Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices. Experience in configuring and supporting Core HR modules within Oracle HCM. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Oracle HCM certifications are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud reporting and analytics. Knowledge of other Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Talent Management) is a plus.
