Job Description: 15+ years of experience in software development/operations with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps practices. Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP) including managing network, security, compute, and storage resources. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficient in Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools. Containerization & Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including setting up and managing clusters. CI/CD Tools: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation purposes. Monitoring & Logging: Expertise in monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or Azure Monitor. Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git and Git workflows. Security Practices: Familiarity with security best practices, including data encryption, key management, and vulnerability management. Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and provide timely solutions. Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring DevOps teams. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or DevOps certifications. Experience with serverless architecture and microservices.
