Kindly submit a short write-up. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Applications, Infrastructure teams, and Cloud strategy architect to decommission the Application component for Mainframe Sunset. Develop and execute a detailed plan for decommissioning the mainframe application footprint with the infrastructure team. Coordinate with stakeholders to identify all dependencies and ensure that no critical processes are disrupted. Assess and mitigate risks associated with the decommissioning process. Validate the completeness and accuracy of the migrated data. Develop backup and recovery strategies for the mainframe environment to ensure all components are accounted for before decommissioning. Qualifications: Expertise in Mainframe Application Batch, database components, and scheduling tool knowledge. 8+ Years of Product experience in Broadcom Jobtrac V11 scheduling tool with Job reporting, and schedule management. 4+ Years of System experience in Mainframe DB2 V12.1 and IMS V15.2 database various Database objects and optimization. 2+ Years of Application programming and development knowledge on Cobol V4.2, and Assembler languages. PL/I knowledge will be an add-on benefit.
