| From: Kevin, Deltaclass Technology Solutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Intune Engineer Location: Remote Duration: Long term Exp 10+ Years Only USC Job Description: As an Intune Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end management and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Rugged, HoloLens devices including but not limited to OS, Application, Configuration, Compliance management. Roles & Responsibilities: Working experience on alternate mobile device management solutions such as Apple Business Manager, Workspace One. Perform complex resolution activities to diagnose issues (related to application deployment, configuration issue, etc.) and perform Quality Assurance focusing on end user experience. Work with various teams to complete solution as per the requirement/request from business. Experience in managing iOS, Android, Windows, HoloLens, Rugged devices using any MDM Solution and minimum 4+ years of experience on Intune. Migration Experience of Windows 10 device from On-Prem AD+SCCM managed environment to Azure AD+Intune (standalone) managed environment is must. Knowledge on Apple Business Manager, Apple Developer Portal, Google Play Enterprise portal is must. Expertise in PowerShell Scripting and Proficiency in other scripting languages (e.g., VBS, Batch Scripts, etc.) will be additional advantage.h)In-depth knowledge to create and configure MDM policies. Create and Deploy applications (LOB/Win32/Store Apps/etc.) using Intune i.e., managing application lifecycle. Unattended enrollment of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Rugged, HoloLens devices Managing Software Updates and Feature Updates for Windows 10 Knowledge on MS-Graph and Power BI will be an added advantage. Managing OS Upgrades for Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Rugged, HoloLens devices. Professional & Technical Skills:1.Should have strong experience on Mobile device management.2.Ability to design, build and configure new solution for Windows/iOS/Android enrollment and management.3.Should be able to design policies in Intune for Windows 10/114.Should have strong hand on Autopilot enrolments and associated configurations and rollout.
