Solve application virtualization requests: 2. Opening Change requests 3. Support users having issues logging onto Citrix, 4. Help users that have problems launching the applications, 5. Assistance in filling out the documentation required to virtualize an application. 6. Create application packages 7. Test application installation 8. Troubleshoot application installation 9. Help with application portal maintenance 10. Help with application installation on Citrix Flexxible VDIs 11. Troubleshooting application installation on Citrix Flexxible VDIs. 12. Assisting in the projects for the virtual environment Requirements: 1. Five or more years of experience on Windows 10 and superior administration. 2. Experience with application virtualization and VDI solutions. In particular Citrix. 3. Good troubleshooting skills on application installation 4. A strong knowledge of how the environment works will be useful in providing the direction to end users and the Software Factory in creating the virtual applications and virtual desktops (VDIs). 5. Basic knowledge on network connectivity 6. Good communication skills 7. Strong Interpersonal Skills. 8. Familiar with Ticketing tools. 9. Excellent team player. 10. Proactive attitude. Certifications Required or preferred Preferred Project Description Summary: The client is looking for someone that helps opening the change requests, and supporting the users having issues logging onto Citrix or problems launching the applications. Someone that can provide assistance in filling out the documentation required to virtualize an application, etc. and assist in projects for the virtual environment. A strong knowledge of how this type of environments work will be useful in providing the direction to end users and the Software Factory in creating the virtual applications and virtual desktops (VDIs).
