Extensive knowledge of the insurance industry, with a focus on A&H lines. Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidcharts) and data management practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of defining both high-level strategic objectives and detailed system requirements. Demonstrated ability to work within Scrum or Agile teams, supporting business processes and driving change. Familiarity with SQL for querying insurance databases, creating reports, and performing data analysis. Preferred Skills: Experience with P&C insurance, with a particular focus on integrating Accident & Health products into broader insurance workflows. Knowledge of the regulatory environment affecting Accident & Health lines. Experience with the RapidSure policy administration system. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
