Note: could use someone with the market research background and some technical data skills like SQL and querying data from databases, working with quant data whether from surveys or databases, etc. It's called out in the not required but nice to have section in the intake form. Some of that type of experience with some of the more market research already in the JD would be useful. Ability to turn research findings into clear actionable insights and opportunities. Ability to synthesize large amounts of data, information and insights into a clear, easy to understand narrative supported by effective data visualization o Using tools like Excel, Tableau, etc. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders of varying levels and backgrounds Experience working with either Qualtrics or Alida platforms (both would be ideal, Qualtrics slightly more important than Alida) Primary experience & qualifications Ability to design and execute quantitative survey research.
