The IAS team is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and implement Java-based solutions for infrastructure automation that improve developer experience, operational efficiency, and system reliability. The Role Essential responsibilities of the position: Develop and maintain Java applications for infrastructure automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify `and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks. Implement best practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). Contribute to the creation of a documented developer journey for Java API development with a focus on software infrastructure support. Participate in the Developer Experience Improvement Initiatives to enable more efficient development processes on laptops through standardization and automation. Engage in the scoping and planning of Java API development projects to ensure adherence to security and operational policies. Identify areas for improvement in the Java API developer's journey and contribute to the requirements definition in the "As a... I want to... so that..." format. Work towards the goals set by the Java API Development, Infrastructure working group, including the delivery of a documented developer journey and a list of improvement areas.
