Formulate overall project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies. Develop statements of work and/or client proposals. Manage resources and budget on client projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives. Serve as the escalation point for critical functional issue resolution. Provide the Project Manager with regular status updates and keep them apprised of the overall project progress. Solution Architecture and Functional Expertise: Architect Workday Financials and Accounting Center solutions, ensuring all workstreams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated. Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices. Demonstrate design options through prototyping and provide subject matter expertise to aid decision-making. Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices. Lead workshops for client education and support innovation through new industry-leading methods and assets. Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives. Develop and manage vendor relationships. Mentorship and Team Development: Lead, mentor, counsel, and manage performance metrics of project staff. Support team members through professional development, learning resources, real-life client simulations, and continuous mentoring. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Innovate daily by pushing the boundaries of Workday Financials solutions to create new opportunities for clients. Be at the forefront of designing and delivering transformative Workday solutions on a global scale, leveraging s extensive network of over 2,000 Workday-certified professionals and more than 600 client engagements. Workday Methodology and Compliance: Understand and apply Workday and methodologies in all phases of the project lifecycle. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and participate in continuous learning to refine your consultative and delivery skills.
