Best regards, Larissa Listing Number: 219405 Job Title: Program Manager w/ Financial Systems and ERP experience Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts & remote ( Cannot be fully remote; ok with hybrid 2-3 days onsite per week) Length of Assignment: 8 - 9 months Start Date: 11/4 **Drug and Background Required Current client has 4 projects in-flight at the moment and are looking for a 2nd Program Manager to come onboard to assist and help to ensure keeping things aligned, timelines are being met, proper communication being shared, etc. Looking for a Program Manager experienced with both ERP, ideally SAP, and Finance systems, ideally Hyperion, as well as experience in Med Device or Life Sciences. Program Background: Finance, GBS, and Tax have 4 programs in-flight. While each are independently funded, they have high interdependencies and require strong program management to coordinate alongside SAP upgrade (Magellan S4) timelines. MUST Sr Program Management Financial Systems and ERP experience Med Device or Life Sciences industry experience Able to be onsite 2-3 days per week PLUS S4 HANA Hyperion Program Manager Scope Responsibilities: Scope Module Purpose Expected Go-Live 1. EPM Consolidation Module (FCCS) This will replace Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Apr -26 2. EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Allocation Module This will support Project, Divisional Allocations and will send those data to SAP ECC, S4, etc Apr -26 3. EPM Transfer Pricing Module This will support reporting and compliance needs in the areas of Transfer Pricing, Tax Compliance and Tax Forecasting Apr -26 4. EPM Statutory Tax Module The statutory module will ingest data from alternative/parallel ledgers to enable additional reporting metrics for teams such as Corporate Accounting, Corporate Tax, and Local Finance. Apr -26 5. EPM Account Reconciliations Implement Certification (Account Reconciliations), Journal Entry, and Close including Task Flow processes to replace the current Cadency system. In addition to replacing the current system activities, looking to implement Matching. Aug -25 6. EDM (Enterprise Data Management) Master data Currently initial set-up of EDM is underway to support EPM Commercial Module, R&D Module, Workforce (for R&D) Module and PPM Planisware. Phase 2 of EDM will support Master data updates and integration for scope of activities in 1-5 above Apr 26 (Conti Updates) 7.
