Best regards, Larissa Listing Number: 219310 Job Title: Wave Deployment Lead (PM) Location: Remote with 1 week/month onsite in Indianapolis, Indiana Length of Assignment: 12 months+ext **Background Check required Start Date: October 28th, flex to November 18th As Wave Lead for an S4 HANA Deployment, you will lead the Partner System Readiness team of Site IT leads, the PSR PMO, Integration Managers, and BAs. The PSR Wave Lead is part of the S4 HANA Deployment Leadership Team. You manage the assigned project scope and requirements, driving and securing the high quality of Partner System Readiness Deliverables the assigned PSR team provides. Ensure the Architecture, Remediation, and Integration scope is well understood, and your team's progress is visible and adequately reported. You engage and manage all relevant stakeholders to successfully deliver the outcomes expected from your key partners. It is vital to integrate the PSR team very early into the Deployment team to ensure adequate effort/resources and support are provided to prepare the business-critical project-impacted Your primary responsibilities include: Manage the full scope of Partner System Readiness and its deliverables, from building foundations in the early/entry-readiness phase until the site's successful go-live. Coordinate all partner system readiness activities for relevant systems in a Wave deployment and ensure go-live for those systems. This includes providing guidance for hardware deployment, key testing activities (SATs, Integrated SATs, DET), and cutover (Technical Cutover Planning, Participation in the Cutover Walkthroughs), as well as ensuring E2E support is present for the business-critical impacted systems. Establish efficient ways of working and clarity of roles and responsibilities for each member of the team and ensure alignment of tasks and priorities between the Team and the Key Stakeholders (including collaboration efforts between and across councils) Establish efficient exchange of information and experience between the Sites/Deployments. Serve as an escalation point for Partner System Readiness systems for Go-Live.
