Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Service Management (ITSM) professional with 6+ years of experience to manage and optimize our Application Portfolio Management (APM) and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules. Key Responsibilities: Manage and enhance the organization's application portfolio for efficiency and performance. Implement ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Asset Management, Incident Management, Change Management, CMDB/Discovery, and Service Mapping. Create and manage scripts and workflows, integrating systems using web services and technologies. Mandatory Skills: Experience: 6+ years in ITSM and ITOM. ServiceNow Proficiency: Intermediate experience with ServiceNow implementations, including ITSM modules. Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell; strong skills in ServiceNow scripting aspects (Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.). Technical Skills: Understanding of CSDM, web services (SOAP/REST), and system integration. ITSM Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of ITIL and CMDB.
