Minimum 5+ years of Architect experience in implementing, integration, managing, and optimizing Workday systems in a live environment, including proficiency in Workday HCM, recruitment, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Off, Absence, Performance and Development, Learning, Integrations, Security, Advanced Reporting, BIRT, Prism Analytics, and/or Expenses configurations.Proficiency with XML, REST, SOAP, JSON, JavaScript and be knowledgeable in an object-oriented programming language.Experience of designing workflows to solve business/ Workday Studio, Core connectors and EIB / Ability Create new integrations to meet the business requirements using various Workday integration tools and technologies.
