Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow FSO Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals. Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements. Implement ServiceNow best practices Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders. Support testing teams for validation of Test cases and UAT Required Skills Experience in ServiceNow development and administration ServiceNow. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices. Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB. Experience in Agile concepts, development, and testing methodology Experience in Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM, SAM) modules Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
