| Scrum Master Hybrid in Cleveland OH 1 Year USC, GC, and GC-Ead ABOUT THE ROLE: The Senior Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework within software development teams. They guide and coach the team, ensure team adherence to Agile principles, and facilitate collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external parties. The incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day facilitation of the Scrum process, while mitigating risks and resolving roadblocks as they arise. The Scrum Master plays a pivotal role in enabling the team to deliver high-quality, valuable software products on time and within budget, allowing the organization to achieve its goals and enhance user experience. WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO: Facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, Sprint reviews, and retrospectives Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and the Scrum framework Guide and coach, the team, Product Owner, and organization on Scrum practices and values Remove impediments to the team's progress, allowing them to solely focus on delivering high-quality software as much as possible Promote communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment in process and delivery Help the team understand and apply key principles of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework, such as self-organization and cross-functionality and Agile core principles Continuously work to improve team performance and overall organization's Agile maturity.
