Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions. Perform system testing and create documentation for configurations and processes. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Opentext-related issues. Optimize document management workflows and ensure data integrity. Train end-users on Opentext functionalities and best practices. Keep up-to-date with the latest Opentext and SAP technologies and updates. Competencies: OpenText Exstream Essential Skills: OpenText VIM for SAP SolutionsOpenText ICC/BCCSAP ECC Support or Delivery Experience; SAP S/4HANA is an advantage Mobile or Portal Interface Installation Configuration of VIM and ICC/BCC - invoice processing, exception handling, approval procedures.
