Collaborate closely with our MSP team to implement and enforce security best practices for our clients' modern workplace environments, leveraging the capabilities of Intune, SharePoint, Exchange, and OneDrive. Participate actively in the planning and execution of modern workplace projects and initiatives for our clients, providing insights and recommendations related to the integration of Intune, SharePoint, Exchange, and OneDrive. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation pertaining to Intune, SharePoint, Exchange, and OneDrive configurations and their integration within our clients' modern workplace environments. Provide expert-level technical support for all Microsoft 365 applications and services, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to M365 services, leveraging advanced troubleshooting techniques and tools. Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and Microsoft support to escalate and resolve critical incidents in a timely manner. Design and implement solutions to optimize the performance, security, and reliability of Microsoft 365 environments. Conduct regular health checks and performance assessments of M365 services, identifying potential issues and recommending improvements. Provide mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, helping to enhance their technical skills and capabilities. Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 updates, features, and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of support. Troubleshooting basic azure issues is a must. Provide advanced technical support for Azure services, including but not limited to Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Networking, Azure Storage, Azure Security Centre, Azure Monitor & Azure Functions.
