Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. Proven experience in providing support for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or upgrades. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Oracle Fusion HCM certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
