Document complete solution following SDLC principles with Implementation Plan, Test Plan, Backout Plan, Impact and Risk. 3. Design and Develop solutions on critical path which require expedited response. 4. Lead and mentor engineers and client engineers by facilitating KT sessions and development reviews. 5. Document standard operating procedures and knowledge articles for the support team. 6. Ability to design and document the technical solution, review it internally with leadership. 7. Provide estimations for break/fix or new minor enhancement. 8. Mentor or guide the IBM team related to technical issues in salesforce application or integration components. Contribute towards knowledge articles and lessons learned 9. Manage and monitor SLOs for response and resolution 10. Adhere to the Service Now Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management process 11. Represent technical solution during CAB process 12. Coordinate and escalate the issues requiring technical help/support with Level 4 Vendors (Salesforce, S-Docs, Copado, Informatica, IBM MQ, Microsoft) 13. Manage the planned (Vendor platform upgrades, Password Reset, DB Maintenance etc.,) and unplanned (break/fix, Emergency P1 fix, minor enhancements etc.,) change deployments approved via CAB. 14.
