| Please Send Me Resume -- [email protected] Title : Product Manager (POS) Dallas, TX Location : Dallas, TX , (Hybrid 3 days onsite every week) Duration : 12 Month Its not a Product Manager role need someone with POS (Point of Sales) Roles and Responsibilities: Create new metrics to measure customer insights, as needed. Form a holistic and global understanding of the end-to-end customer experience based on a synthesis from multiple sources. Propose and evaluate product changes in other domains based on a holistic understanding of the end-to-end customer experience. Push for solutions that test the boundaries of industry trends and anticipate customer needs. Set priorities for multiple projects. Ensure front-end product design is successful. Ability to write scripts for demos and demonstrate onstage product features. Identify patterns in complex datasets and develop practical modes. Required Skills Sets: 10+ years of product management experience in a related industry (digital / e-commerce is preferred) Experience in POS is mandatory Experience in taking a product from ideation to execution and successful delivery. Demonstrated ability to build out and establish an agile digital product practice in collaboration with UX and Engineering Fluent in navigating Atlassian products, such as JIRA for ticket workflow and Confluence for documentation and requirements gathering, etc. Excellent technical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an engaging presentation style. Experience in communication to VP and C+ level: Tech, Business, Finance/Corp Good to Have: Familiarity with programming languages Define product strategy by connecting the dots. Make product decisions without ambiguity in collaboration with the team. Manage important stakeholders across the organization while leading initiatives. Decision-making and accountability/ownership is critical. One point of executive customer engagement for a large portfolio.
