Minimum Educational Requirement- Associate's Degree. Minimum Years of Work Experience- 6 yrs. Required Professional and Vendor Certifications-WebSphere Certification. Industry Experience- 10+ Performance test engineer (so they'll be testing their own development) Middleware for Databases Message-Oriented Middleware Middleware Middleware Integrations Middleware Maintenance and Administration Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC / SDL) IBM HTTP Servers Change Control Board Web Service Development Continuous Integration Databases Performance Testing Computer Operating Systems Performance Tuning Risk Management WebSphere Application Server Networking Concepts Production Support Hardware Project Experience Application Servers Responsibilities: Experience with installation, implementation, upgrade, performance, security, patching and monitoring of WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment (WASND) and HCL Portal environments Implement strategies to maximize availability and performance for all WASND and IBM HTTP Servers Demonstrate strong understanding of HCL Content Management and authoring concepts Deep understanding of dynamic and static WebSphere clustering Monitor, track, analyze and tune WebSphere environments Experience deploying security patches and applying support fixes using automated scripts such as: Perl, Bash, Shell, Ansible Administration skills with UNIX and or RHEL Linux environments Experience with WebSphere Portal and Content Manager Experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
