Please review our job opening below and kindly send us the updated resume ASAP along with the details of consultants; Please add [email protected] in your distribution list Role :: Genesys Lead Location :: Malvern, PA (Hybrid Onsite) Duration :: 12 Months Lead the design, development, and deployment of Genesys Contact Center solutions, including integration with third-party systems. Serve as a technical expert for the Genesys Cloud, Genesys Engage , and other Genesys products (e.g., WFM, IVR, routing, reporting). Oversee the performance and maintenance of the Genesys platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and efficient operation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to deliver solutions that align with business needs. Manage project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure successful delivery of Genesys-related initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in the Genesys environment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Stay updated with the latest Genesys technologies, features, and best practices to drive innovation and improvements within the platform. Lead and participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and solution design sessions. Ensure adherence to industry standards and security best practices in the development and maintenance of the Genesys ecosystem. Manage vendor relationships and work closely with Genesys support teams for advanced troubleshooting and optimization. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Genesys Contact Center technologies, including Genesys Engage or Genesys Cloud. Expertise in IVR development, routing strategies , and integration with backend systems. Proven experience in leading Genesys deployment projects and managing teams. Strong understanding of telephony systems, SIP, VoIP , and other communication protocols. Hands-on experience with Genesys SDKs, APIs , and related development tools. Knowledge of workforce management (WFM) , reporting tools , and analytics in a contact center environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with cloud technologies and integrations with AWS, Azure , or similar cloud platforms. Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript, Python , or Java is a plus. Certifications in Genesys (e.g., Genesys Certified Professional ) preferred.
