Perform complex duties related to troubleshooting, configuring, performing diagnostics, and assignment specific desktop and network hardware and software issues and respond appropriately to customer service requests Operate, maintain, and perform repairs on personal computers and peripherals Assist with imaging, set up, and deployment for a PC/Laptop telework deployment and monitor upgrade throughout the Department of Human Assistance.
