Job Description:

As a Mobile App Product Owner, you will be responsible for supporting multiple mobile applications in production. Ideal candidates will have experience consolidating feedback and bug reports from multiple sources into a concise workstream of prioritize items to fix and/or feed back into the product roadmap. This role will also be responsible for Sprint and release management and app quality metrics. You should be comfortable managing work across multiple internal teams and external suppliers. You will act as an expert on the functional and design details of mobile app products, while supporting the customer needs, engineering, and design teams daily.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Work with internal and external teams to align mobile app support against the other digital product teams
Triage bugs and feedback from multiple sources
Clearly articulate impact of individual or groups of defects to company/product objectives
Maintain a detailed backlog and sprint schedule of bugs and enhancements
Prioritize bug fixes against company goals and current production impacts
Consolidate app feedback into backlog items and provide recommendations for app enhancements based on feedback
Execute User Acceptance Testing on features and bugs in the current sprint
Ensure full QA and regression testing for each release candidate is completed and provide detailed reports on test results, determine bug priority, and issues that must be fixed before launch
Maintain Sprints across multiple development teams
Produce detailed internal and external release notes
Manage app releases and hot fix deployments with support partner
Interface with outside suppliers for: story reviews, design reviews, scrum meetings, etc.
Manage a backlog of iterative app enhancements
Create detailed epics and user stories for design, development, and reporting requirements
Document full user story acceptance criteria
Identify and manage dependencies
Lead core Agile meetings with one or more teams (Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, etc.)
Work with UX and design teams on mock ups, user experience, and final designs and regular design reviews
Identify success metrics, build development and reporting requirements, and own regular reporting and communication on performance

Experience:
Experience with Mobile App Development (iOS and Android) and Cloud Services
Experience promoting a shared vision, assembling, and motivating a team to achieve the goal
2/3 years experience working with JIRA
Experience with Figma or other tools to mockup user facing UI, UX and workflows
Experience in understanding SDLC methodologies with an emphasis on Agile
Experience as an active leader and contributor to Agile meetings with multiple teams (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand up, Demo, Retrospective, and Backlog Grooming)
Demonstrated ability to communicate to business and technical resources
Demonstrated ability to dig into user experience problems and be the squeaky wheel who can challenge the team to resolve issues in a timely manner
Must be a self starter, proactively communicate regularly, and take ownership of the apps they manage
Focus will be on our multiple mobile application ecosystem, inclusive of iOS, Android + cloud services.
Familiarity with various SaaS solutions including loyalty platforms, social + community engagement platforms, geofencing solutions, CDP integrations + more.
Work will include supporting initiatives, building new capabilities + maintaining a high quality, defect free digital experience for our app community, paid members, maps + ride planning, recording + sharing rides, GPS navigation, challenges, dealer integration + customers garage to name a few.

Requirements:
PO should be available for meetings between 9AM 4PM Central time zone
PO should be available to travel to Client Site (Milwaukee) every 6 8 weeks to develop hands on expertise with Connected Products.
