From: shaik mohammed, www.abidisolutions.com [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Oracle Cloud System Admin/Security Location: Marietta, GA (HYBRID) Visa: all visa is workable except H1b, OPT, and CPT (No H1b, OPT, and CPT) Client is starting an Oracle Cloud Finance, SCM, MDM and OTM project We are looking for a strong Oracle technical administrator (Sys Adm) who has experience with Oracle security Key Responsibilities: Lead the setup and administration of users, collaborating closely with business units to define roles, access levels, and security measures. Function as the primary point of contact for all issues related to Oracle Cloud Applications instance configurations. Develop and implement user administration processes to ensure efficient onboarding and offboarding procedures. Provides enterprise-wide application administration and maintains consistent enterprise application setup, architecture, information, rules, and access. Assist in implementing, managing, and deploying Oracle Cloud Applications. Administer Oracle Cloud Applications configuration throughout the implementation and support lifecycles. Manages application instance configurations and enterprise applications Develop and maintain application documentation, policies, and procedures Work with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages. Develop KPIs and Metrics Reports and Dashboards view and monitor service detail and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime. Function as the primary point of contact for all issues related to Oracle Cloud Applications instance configurations Data Management: Maintain data integrity and accuracy across applications, including data imports, deduplication, and maintaining data hygiene best practices. Reports and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide key performance metrics and insights for various stakeholders. Automation and Workflows: Design and implement automated processes and workflows to streamline business operations and improve productivity. User Training and Support: Provide training to users on the latest features and best practices and offer ongoing support to address user queries and issues. Application Upgrades and Releases: Stay up to date with releases and implement necessary upgrades while ensuring compatibility with existing configurations. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues, system errors, and performance problems within the finance applications. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Security and Compliance: Maintain a strong focus on data security and SOX compliance, implementing appropriate security measures and adhering to organization policies. Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Oracle configurations, processes, and procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with Security and Cross-Functional Teams, along with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and align accordingly. Stay Current with latest Trends: Stay informed about new application features and best practices to leverage the platform effectively. Skills and Requirements: 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience Prior experience as an Oracle Cloud Application System Administrator or similar role. 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Applications and at least 1 full Oracle Cloud Applications implementation cycle. Proven Track Record in Application Administration and Security Management: Experience in application and security management specifically in user setup, access control, and security compliance. Experience in Oracle security, with knowledge of Oracle Database Security features and the ability to implement security measures specific to Oracle applications. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience. Ability to present effectively to an audience of individuals up and down the organization structure. Have familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements and experience in maintaining security measures for public companies. Ensure that security practices align with SOX standards and contribute to a secure and compliant organizational environment.
