Leading cross-functional teams, defining project objectives, and communicating with stakeholders, they ensure successful project outcomes. Qualifications: 8-10+ years of experience in multi project/program management. Experience with data governance, data cleansing, data migrations, data processes. Experience with PowerBI, Power Automate Experience with Enterprise Data management Ability to work with CSuite and Stakeholder daily Experience with Alation is a HUGE plus, data intelligence platform. Certifications such as PMP Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Responsibilities: Program Management: Lead and manage data programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, requirements, and success criteria. Agile Environment: Work within an agile framework, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Coordinate with development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders. Use Jira to manage tasks, track progress, and facilitate communication. Collaboration: Foster collaboration across teams, including security, engineering, and operations. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings.
