Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the QA team, including mentoring and developing team members. Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy that aligns with company goals and industry best practices. Define and enforce QA processes and standards to ensure product quality and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Product Management, and Operations, to ensure quality is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle. Oversee the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various applications. Manage the testing process, including manual and automated testing, regression testing, and performance testing. Analyze testing results and metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality. Facilitate regular QA reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to quality assurance. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. years of experience in quality assurance, with at least [X] years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and CI/CD practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
