Provide architectural oversight and develop solutions that align with client business needs and Oracle Cloud HCM best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of HCM solutions. Design and document business processes, configurations, and system integrations related to Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, and others. Perform gap analysis and provide technical and functional expertise to optimize and enhance the Oracle Cloud HCM platform. Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the Oracle Cloud HCM solution. Support change management and training efforts to ensure smooth adoption of the system across the organization. Stay current on Oracle Cloud HCM updates, patches, and new releases to ensure the system is up-to-date with the latest features and improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM modules and integrations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or related field. 10+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM including strong hands-on experience with modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Compensation. Proven track record of successfully leading Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or upgrades. Strong experience with Fast Formulas, OTBI, and integration tools such as HCM Extracts, and HDL (HCM Data Loader). In-depth understanding of HR processes, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the US. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or other middleware solutions is a plus. Certifications in Oracle Cloud HCM are highly desirable.
