Title: RPA Developer (UiPath) Location: 100% Remote EST or CST Hours required Duration: 6-9 Month Contract Required Skills 8+ years of technical experience in RPA development. 2-3+ years of experience using UiPath RPA tool required. 2+ years of experience supporting automation of manual processes for healthcare insurer or hospital system. Exposure or direct experience with Facets (healthcare administration tool) strongly preferred. UiPath Certified Professional Certification. Additional Skills Candidates can sit anywhere in US but will need to work EST or CST hours No restrictions sub-vending. Candidates will be required to do Apex Technical Screening via Video with Screen Share - any candidates who can't screen share or have video on will not be able to be presented to client Please vet your candidates out thoroughly and make sure they are genuine. Job Summary Reviews, analyzes, modifies, creates, debugs, designs, and tests applications using modern development methodologies and tools. Provides key insight in design and application architecture discussions. A key player on a multidisciplinary team and will engage in all aspects of the application development life-cycle as needed for each project to be successful. Job Duties Responsible for the process, life cycle and creation of the software to assist users in completing a computer task or program. Implements code and documents all system changes based on assignments and time lines. Develops and follows department coding and user interface guidelines. Provides code review, testing, debugging, technical documentation, general testing instructions, go-live planning, assistance in go-live moves, and post-live support. Communicates any and all progress, roadblocks, and issues to the team and management in a timely manner. Provides training and documentation to team members on new development assignments. Trains and mentors staff members. Assists in the development and documentation of a technical approach for a solution to the team stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of technical experience in RPA development. 2-3+ years of experience using UiPath RPA tool required. 2+ years of experience supporting automation of manual processes for healthcare insurer or hospital system. Exposure or direct experience with Facets (healthcare administration tool) strongly preferred. UiPath Certified Professional Certification. Expertise in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere), programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, .NET), business process and workflow orchestration platforms (e.g Appian, Pega), and experience with systems and data integration techniques (e.g. APIs, Kafka, ETL, IPSec VPN Tunnels, VMWare).
