Gather and analyze business requirements to define objectives and deliverables for the CRM migration Develop and document detailed project plans,including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems. Conduct thorough data mapping and migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
