Job Title: UiPath RPA Developer Location: 100% Remote EST or CST Hours required Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of technical experience in RPA development. 2-3+ years of experience using UiPath RPA tool required. 2+ years of experience supporting automation of manual processes for healthcare insurer or hospital system. Exposure or direct experience with Facets (healthcare administration tool) strongly preferred. UiPath Certified Professional Certification. Expertise in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere), programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, .NET), business process and workflow orchestration platforms (e.g Appian, Pega) , and experience with systems and data integration techniques (e.g. APIs, Kafka, ETL, IPSec VPN Tunnels, VMWare).
