This role will support delivery leaders within the Auto Lending Technology group by developing target state architecture for products that embody a Customer-First approach using modern design and technologies. Key Responsibilities: Provide engineering guidance across various lines of business, mentor senior engineers, and stay updated on industry trends. Collaborate with Auto Lending Product Strategy & Delivery, Architecture, Engineering, and Platform teams to define the current and future state of the Auto Lending technology landscape. Utilize in-depth knowledge of system development methodologies and applicable technologies, tools, and design. Analyze complex business requirements and develop comprehensive functional system designs. Lead and guide less experienced analysts and developers in project development. Develop and maintain documentation for departmental procedures, training materials, and user guides. Ensure all security, quality, business continuity, and compliance requirements are met and properly documented. Required Qualifications: 12+ years of Engineering experience or equivalent through a combination of work, training, or education. 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering with expertise in C#.NET, Kafka, and related technologies. 5+ years of experience in Data Modeling. 4+ years of experience in Microservices development and API enablement. 4+ years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall methodologies). Technical Skills: Proficiency in: .NET, Microservices, Angular, JUnit, Selenium. Competency in: JavaScript, SOAP, MQ Series, Visual Studio, SQL, Apigee, PCF, AES. Experience with database data modeling and source control tools. Desired Qualifications: Industry-standard technology certifications in .NET. Experience working in Financial Services (nice to have). Familiarity with schedulers such as Autosys. Experience with Linux Servers. Job Expectations: Willingness to work onsite with a hybrid model (telecommuting up to 2 days per week).
